We've seen Meghan Markle out and about since giving birth to Archie Harrison back in early May but technically the duchess has been on maternal leave this whole time. Now that it's been a little over 3 months since his birth, Meghan's maternal leave is almost up and she's preparing to return to her royal duties.

Her first work engagement is scheduled for next week where she'll be launching her new capsule collection which benefits working women. She's been working with Smart Works, a nonprofit charity that works to provide women with the right resources to enter the workforce.

The collection is small but includes almost all the basic work outfit essentials: a shirt, trousers, a blazer, and a bag. It also includes a dress if that's more your style. The collection was designed with the help of several British brands including Jigsaw, John Lewis & Partners, Marks & Spencer, and Misha Nonoo.

While these 3 months have officially been her leave, Meghan has still kept herself busy, attending the London premiere of The Lion King with Prince Harry and guest editing the September issue of British Vogue. She even took that opportunity at Vogue to promote her upcoming collection.

Now that Meghan is about to come back full force, the couple will probably be turning to their new nanny to help care for little Archie. As noted by plenty of headlines, the couple's journey to finding the right nanny has been a whole process. They were reportedly open to all the options including male nannies and American ones which unsurprisingly stirred up a lot of talk. We can only imagine the work that it takes to find the right fit for your family when you're part of the royal family.

Meghan and Harry have already gone through two other nannies before hiring their current one but so far it looks like this one will stick. With the new nanny one board, it'll be interesting to see what all Meghan will be accomplishing once she's back from her "break" seeing as how she's still been doing plenty of work behind the scenes.

Stay tuned to see her collection when it officially drops! @boxbeautyco
